Pat Larkin – Ward Solutions CEO
Pat has over 17 years experience in the IT industry, the last 10 of which have been involved in commercial IT management. Pat is co-founder and co-owner of the Ward Solutions business. Pat has also worked closely with Oyster technology investment group, chaired by Bill McCabe in both assessing products and technology for investment and in leading the development of an incubate of this group, First-Ask during the period 2000-2002 which succeeded in raising $2.5M and taking the proposition to market in the US.
As CEO Pat is responsible for overseeing the operations of the company and collaborates with the board to define and articulate the company’s vision and develop strategies for achieving same. Prior to Pats commercial involvement, Pat was an officer in the Irish Defence Forces serving in both a line role and then subsequently as IT Operations Manager of the Defence Forces Communication and Information Services Corps.

Paul Hogan – Ward Solutions Chief Technology Officer
Paul has over 17 years commercial information security experience. Prior to that, he has served as CEO (and founder) of Emissary Technologies which specialised in Web and mobile performance management solutions. He also has served as the technical director with WCL, a leading independent consulting organisation working on business development and building a strong technical consulting team.

Anne Reynolds – Ward Solutions Chief Financial Officer
Anne graduated from UCD in 1994 with an honours degree in Commerce and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with John Woods & Co. in 1998. After spending a further year in practice with Arthur Andersen in London, she worked in the property investment industry for a number of years in both Dublin and London. She commenced employment with Ward Group in 2003. Our CFO is responsible for all financial aspects of the business, including management reporting, taxation, accounting and regulatory compliance and liaising with legal and financial advisors when required.

Vincent Naughton – Ward Solutions Operations Manager
Vincent is a former Army trained IT & Telecoms professional with breadth and depth of technical, operation and personnel management experience. He retired from the Defence Forces in 1999 having served with distinction at home and abroad in overseas missions such as UNIFIL Lebanon. Since Joining Ward, he has gained experience in numerous industry verticals and progressed through various Ward roles to Operations manager Ward Solutions – since 2007.

Brendan Fay – Ward Solutions Principal Information Security Consultant
Brendan is responsible for the vision, design, architecture and technical delivery of our security services and solutions. Liz O Neill-Craven – Ward Solutions Principal Security Integration and Managed Services Consultant
Liz O Neill-Craven is responsible for the vision, design, architecture and technical delivery of our security integration services / solutions and managed services. Liz is also responsible for the best practice skills, training, processes, tools and methodologies adopted by our security engineers. She is an important resource in both the pre-sales and delivery phases of all security integration projects and managed services. Liz has served as a Senior Irish Defence Forces (Irish DF) Officer of Commandant Rank, and has more than 20 years of professional experience spanning a broad range of disciplines including IT & Telecommunications Research & Development, Training, Personnel Management, and Program / Project Management in both national and international environments. She specialised in the area of program and project management managing IT / hardware migration, development and deployment of CIS solutions in country and on overseas military missions and all associated budgetary and staffing requirements.She has worked at all echelons of the Irish DF from Unit to DF Headquarters level and maintained an involvement on major DF procurement programs as a CIS Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Allan Cahill – Ward Solutions Principal Secure Application Development Consultant
Allan is responsible for the vision, design, architecture and technical delivery of our Secure Application development practice and for defining the best practice standards, development methodologies, training and frameworks utilized by our development and database engineers, for delivering secure, high quality solutions to our customers. Allan fulfills a technical leadership and guidance role during the Delivery Phase of projects, assisting in the design and architecture and ensuring solutions are delivered to our high standards. Allan is also heavily involved in Pre-Sales, engaging with existing or new clients to see how our Secure Application Development Practice can add value to their organization
