Who does not love Christmas apart from the Grinch?
This is the season to shop, eat and be jolly with your friends and family. We want you all to have a fabulous time you deserve it.
Now the only thing we want you to keep in mind is that you need to be careful with the Christmas and New Year offers you get via e-mails or text messages. It’s not that all of them are spam or scammy but you need to verify the offer before anything else. Phishing e-mails are on the run and they are targeting every individual right now. The tricky part is these e-mails are starting to look real and that can be very dangerous.
What is phishing?
It is the fraudulent attempt to obtain sensitive information such as credentials and bank details.
The problem is phishing targets readily offered personal information to what appear to be trustworthy parties and conduct many social engineering activities with that kind of misuse of data.
Why does this affect the cloud?
Well if anyone clicks on the link, the individual could be in danger of sending a hacker sensitive data including username, password, credit card number and so on. It all starts via an e-mail, which can be an open gateway to the network or infrastructure of the business the victim works in.

Gartner predicts that by 2020 95% of cloud security failures will ultimately be the customer’s fault. There is a saying that Gartner notes in a recent blog post, it says
