We’re on Week 4 of Cyber Security Awareness Month, let’s do a quick recap of Week 3.

These are much easier to remember and difficult for computers to guess. Also, do not use the same passwords in all your accounts and use a multi-factor authentication when possible.

Answer: Never, your bank should never ask you to confirm personal information via a call so if you do get a call from them, this can be a Vishy scam and we advise you to be very careful with the information you share. Ask them questions on why they require this data and for what purpose, do not share any piece of information if you’re not comfortable sharing them.
