Day 39: If you want to stop websites from tracking your movements online, in your browser turn on “do not track” in your privacy settings. #50securedays
Day 40: It’s important to know how your privacy settings are set on your devices. Go into settings in the start menu and turn off all those privacy settings that you do not explicitly need to share like Location, Camera, Microphone, Call History and more. Turn it off until something requests for it. #50securedays
Day 41: A VPN will encrypt your internet connection to secure it and protect your privacy. Your internet service provider or the network provider or even a hacker cannot see any information you’re looking at. #50securedays
Day 42: Never plug in a USB especially if you’ve found it abandoned somewhere. It could contain viruses and render your computer useless. It takes just one plug-in to corrupt the system. #50securedays
