The Role

The candidate will be working as part of the Identity & Access Management team, to ensure successful delivery of IAM consultancy and implementation projects to our customers as well as providing customer support and escalation as required.

The right candidate will have customer-facing experience, a strong mix of business and technical skills and have good knowledge of IT security. Reporting into the IAM Principal, you will work closely with Practice Leads, Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure project and support tasks are delivered successfully and to a high standard.


  • Work as part of the IAM team alongside engineers, consultants, managers and sales
  • Client facing engagements (Consultancy assessements or workshops, presentations, scoping and analysis)
  • Installation, deployment and configuration of IAM tools and solutions
  • Investigate, analyse and solve customer IAM issues
  • Documentation when required
    • Assessment reports (findings / recommendations), Runbooks, Build Specifications, Configuration & troubleshooting guides


Skills & Experience

  • Experience scoping and defining Identity lifecycle management concepts and processes e.g. joiners, movers, leavers
  • Hands on experience with Identity and Access Management tools and solutions in areas such as
    • Identity Provisioning
    • Privileged Access Management
    • Role Based Access Controls
    • Device Management
    • Identity syncing
  • Experience with on premise and cloud environments
  • Consultancy & IT Security experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft’s Identity Management solution (FIM / MIM) highly desirable



  • IAM or IT Security related qualifications or certifications
  • Technical proficiency in at least some of the following
    • Active Directory (management, configuration, deployment)
    • Azure AD
    • Office 365 administration
    • PowerShell
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus
    • Microsoft .Net
    • SQL Server or Oracle
    • Microsoft Security solutions (on prem or cloud)
  • Proven ability to analyse and understand business problems.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
