In November 2007, Dell announced that they had completed the acquisition of ASAP Software, a software solutions and licensing services provider and a former subsidiary of Corporate Express.
In December 2007, Dell completed the acquisition of Everdream Corp., a provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for remote-service management. In January 2008, Dell announced that it has completed its acquisition of EqualLogic, Inc., which is a provider of high- performance storage area network solutions designed for virtualization and ease-of-use.
